How we work

Hours of business

Our offices are open from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday and from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm Saturdays and Sundays. At all other times a telephone answering service is in operation.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the service. For your convenience we accept payment by credit or debit card – alternatively you may wish to pay by cheque made payable to proclean.

Our Staff

Our highly trained, cleaning professionals work in pairs to enable them to provide a thorough, sparkling clean.

For your peace of mind all our employees are subject to comprehensive training routines and strict vetting procedures, including police checks, to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and reliability.

Insurance

While we take great care with your belongings it is reassuring to know that you are protected against any damage which may occur while we are cleaning your home. We carry comprehensive insurance against a range of risks, including accidental damage.

Our Guarantee

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with the work we have carried out for you, simply let us know within 24 hours and we will return and re-clean the area in question free of charge.
