Who will be cleaning my home?
A team of highly-trained cleaning specialists will clean your home. All our employees are uniformed and insured and will arrive in a company liveried vehicle. Wherever possible we will assign the same cleaning team to you each time.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. At proclean we work hard to earn and keep your business. We concentrate our efforts on delivering a thorough and reliable cleaning service in order to retain your business, rather than committing you to a long-term contract.
Do I need to do anything before the cleaners arrive?
To enable our cleaners to operate as efficiently as possible and to provide you with the best possible clean we ask you to pick up clothes, toys or other household items before we arrive.
What is your hourly rate?
We don’t charge an hourly rate. Each job we do is individually priced. As every property is unique we need to see your home before we can give you an accurate quote. Our charges are based on a number of factors, including the size and condition of your home and the frequency of the clean required.
Our quotation service is free and entirely without obligation.
What if something is damaged during your visit?
Should any damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning we will advise you immediately and make every effort to repair or replace the item in question. If this is not possible we will, at our option, reimburse you the replacement cost of the item or refer the matter to our insurers.
Do I need to provide any equipment or supplies?
No. We provide all equipment and cleaning materials.
Do I need to be at home when you arrive?
Most of our customers are not at home when we carry out their clean. If you would like us to hold your keys you can be assured of the highest levels of security. Keys are identified only by means of a numeric code – your name and address do not appear on the key ring. This code refers to your details on our database which are accessible only by senior management.
